Ingredients

  • 250g white chocolate broken into pieces
  • 500g raspberries – frozen
  • 400g ice cubes
  • 400g coconut water

Method

  1. Place white chocolate (250g) into bowl and mill 4 seconds / speed 7
  2. Add frozen raspberries (500g), ice cubes (400g) and coconut water (400g) Blend 2 minutes / speed 10 with the aid of the spatula
  3. Serve immediately

Tips

  •  Add a little more coconut water if the ice is very cold to assist in processing
  • Freeze leftovers as ice blocks
