- 340g lukewarm water
- 3tsp. yeast
- 2 tsp sugar
- 630g bakers flour
- 45g oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- Add lukewarm water (340g), yeast (3 tsp), & sugar (2tsp) to TM Bowl.
- Set 2 minutes / 37 degrees / speed 1.
- Add Bakers flour (630g), oil (45g) & salt (2 tsp)
- Combine 6 seconds / speed 6
- Set 4 minutes / dough knead function
- Remove from TM bowl and either wrap in thermomat or place into greased glass bowl cover with cling wrap and leave to double in size (rise)
Use as needed.
