Ingredients

  • 340g lukewarm water
  • 3tsp. yeast
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 630g bakers flour
  • 45g oil
  • 2 tsp. salt


Method

  1. Add lukewarm water (340g), yeast (3 tsp), & sugar (2tsp) to TM Bowl.
  2. Set 2 minutes / 37 degrees / speed 1.
  3. Add Bakers flour (630g), oil (45g) & salt (2 tsp)
  4. Combine 6 seconds / speed 6
  5. Set 4 minutes / dough knead function
  6. Remove from TM bowl and either wrap in thermomat or place into greased glass bowl cover with cling wrap and leave to double in size (rise)

Use as needed.
