  • 50g fresh basil, leaves only
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 70 oil of choice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 20g white wine vinegar
  • 50g parmesan cheese, cut into 2cm cubes (see tip for paleo, dairy free, vegetarian & vegan option)
  • 40g cashews
  • 120g macadamia nuts


  1. Add all ingredients into TM bowl and blitz 8 seconds / speed 8
  2. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks


TIP – for dairy free, vegetarian and paleo replace parmesan cheese with ONE TBL savory yeast flakes readily available in mainstream supermarkets and health food stores.
